Please note that products printed with your own image cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product itself is defective.

The quality of photos taken with a smartphone is now so good that they often fit as such into our own photo products.

However, when choosing an image, it is worth checking the quality of the image: a pixelated or poorly focused image will not produce a high quality image product. Please note that the image is cropped to fit the product before printing, so it is a good idea to leave a margin around the edges. Remember to take into account the position of the image on the product: a vertical image may not be suitable for a horizontal image.

When uploading an image, please take into account the file size of the image, as the upload size is limited on the product page.
