sells products under the alias iloosi online store, to businesses and individuals of legal age in the EU. These terms and conditions apply to orders placed in our online shop and to similar deliveries.

These terms and conditions are valid from 27.09.2021. We may unilaterally change our terms of delivery from time to time, so please check our terms of delivery each time you order products from our online store.

Products and product prices

The characteristics and prices of the products in the online shop are shown in the product description of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges, so please check the prices in your shopping cart before placing an order. Product prices include VAT.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charges will be added to the total amount of the order at checkout. You can see the delivery charges in your shopping cart before you accept your order.

Ordering and contract

You can order products on our online shop website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming your order and paying for the contents of your shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and agreed to our current terms and conditions of delivery. You understand that your order, once accepted and confirmed by us, is binding, except to the extent that the right of withdrawal is mentioned below, and creates a contract with these terms of delivery between us.

It is the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that they have all necessary copyright, trademarks and other rights to the images they submit and that these images do not infringe anyone’s privacy. In the event that any other party makes a claim against iloosi e-commerce in relation to a customer’s order on the grounds of infringement of such rights, the subscriber of the Image Products shall be responsible for fighting such claims at their own expense and shall be liable to compensate iloosi e-commerce for any damages incurred as a result.

Payment and payment methods

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online shop and available in the shopping cart.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address, so please provide your email address when you place your order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.

If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Delivery method

We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods listed on our website, which you choose when placing your order or, in other cases, delivery will be agreed separately.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to the EU are 10 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More specific times will be indicated in the product options. When ordering larger quantities, it is also advisable to check product availability and delivery time.

Right of withdrawal and refund conditions

If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods or the last delivery or, in the case of regular deliveries, the first delivery.

Cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example by using our cancellation form, by sending an email to us below or by sending a written notice with the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal applies only and accordingly, the products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused and well packed for return. Personal protective equipment is not returnable for hygiene reasons.

If the transaction is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice is given to our Returns Address below. If necessary, the person returning the goods must prove that the goods have been returned within the time limit, for example by means of a return receipt. The returning party must pay the costs of the return. These costs will not be refunded to the returning party.

Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned.

When returning a delivered order, please include your name and contact details, your account number for refund purposes and the order number.

We will refund the money you have paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Shipment check, error and problems

Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product is lost or damaged in transit, or otherwise does not match your order or is faulty, please notify our Customer Service team as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest, and we will agree how to rectify the fault. In consumer transactions, we comply with the mandatory consumer protection law provisions on liability for defects.

Limitation of liability

Elido Oy, iloosi online store, is not liable for any indirect or direct damage or any other damage related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has provided otherwise with respect to such damage.

Disagreements

We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order by agreement in the first instance, so please contact our Customer Service team in the first instance to settle the matter.

If a dispute over a commercial contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Registrar’s Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).

Payment service provider

The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Bank payments

You have access to the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay using the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpank, Osuuspank, POP-pank, S-pank, S-pank and Ålandsbanken. Your statement will show Paytrail Oy as the payee, we will forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online shop, you will be redirected directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.

Credit card payments

You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online shop uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Paytrail appears as the payee on the card bill and forwards the payment card payment made by the customer directly to the merchant. The card payment is made securely via a secure payment form and no payment card details are stored in the e-commerce systems.

Mobile payment methods

Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Transfer are in-app services that allow you to pay for online purchases by transferring money from your account or by card payment from your card by accepting a payment in that app. Pivo also supports Transfer payments, allowing you to accept a payment in any application that supports Transfer. Apple Pay is a service on your Apple device that allows you to pay for purchases using the payment card attached to your device.

Invoice and instalment services

Bill and instalment services through Paytrail are offered by OP, Walley, Jousto and AfterPay. Walley also offers an invoice and instalment facility for corporate customers.
